July 28 & Aug 4 | Interested in City Cultural Funding? Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) Info Sessions

If you are an arts or cultural nonprofit organization, or an unincorporated arts group on your way to incorporation, please join the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) for an info session about applying for and securing City funding for arts and cultural activities.

At each session, DCA will offer an overview of the Cultural Development Fund, which is the city’s open, competitive funding process for arts and cultural organizations throughout the five boroughs. In addition, representatives from the five Local Arts Councils will discuss their funding opportunities and array of services for smaller organizations and unincorporated collectives at the sessions noted below.

Tuesday, July 28 at 10am (Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island)

Includes representatives from:

– Bronx Council on the Arts
– Lower Manhattan Cultural Council
– Staten Island Arts

Tuesday, August 4 at 12pm (Brooklyn and Queens)

Includes representatives from:

– Brooklyn Arts Council
– Queens Council on the Arts

Both sessions will take place at DCA’s offices at 31 Chambers Street, Room 209, in Manhattan.
