I sold my advertising agency in 1996 and decided to pursue my dream of becoming an artist. I taught myself through trial and error. Having never taken an art course the result is that my artwork does not conform to traditional methodology. Many would consider my work to be drawings as they are mostly done with pens. I also have several ways to blow ink onto the paper. It is rare that I use a brush. My primary medium is ink with acrylics in a support position. Often my work consists of inks that change with the angle of light, or in the case of the Kaleidographs, the absence of light. The work tends to fall into three categories; representational, Kaleidographs and non representational or abstract.

I have shown in Litchfield County, Connecticut with the Housatonic Art League, The Kent Art Association, and The New Preston Railroad Show. In East Hampton, NY I have shown in Guild Hall and at the Tara Gallery. This year I have had a one man show at Gallery 18 in Riverdale, showed at the Ethical Culture Society, the Vintage Art Show and the Wills Library in Yonkers where both drawing were voted as “People Award” Winners.
